Tomorrow’s flight from Toulouse to Payerne has been postponed.  There has been a change in the direction of the winds, thereby creating mountain waves and heavy turbulences. As safety and security of the pilot and the airplane are always a priority, the Flight Mission Team has taken the decision to postpone the flight planned on Wednesday 18 July 2012.

Solar Impulse weather specialists are now actively studying the weather patterns for the coming days in order to look for a favorable opportunity to undertake the last leg of our summer 2012 Crossing Frontiers Mission Flights.
