About

BCM is the global production system that allows a manufacturer to create and store the digital twin of a part, then produce it on demand using in-house and/or outsourced additive manufacturing facilities. For outsourced production facilities, BCM connects a community of manufacturers whose business is producing parts in industrial 3D printing. BCM is used for the production of : - Mass-produced parts whose vocation is to be put on the market. - Parts intended for restocking to meet the needs of after-sales service, for example. - Industrial parts for maintenance or tooling. BCM reduces tied-up inventory and overproduction, offers unlimited replenishment over time, promotes repairability and reduces the carbon footprint, all in a cost-effective manner. On average, BCM users reduce parts TCO by 70% compared to "traditional" procurement.
