KIDEMIS provides a solution which allows to transform big volumes of agricultural side streams in a economically viable & sustainable way into functional mycelium biomass based ingredient/s, fulfilling the dietary requirements of first for aqua feed, second for animal feed & later on also for human consumption.
Our solution is utilizing low-value side-streams into high quality protein with mycelium Solid State Fermentation (SFF). We are developing bio-processing techniques targeted at maximising functional biomass output in a scalable and decentralised production units. We combine several side streams and use processed substrate as part of our final product thus valorising it entirely
