Vestack designs and builds wood structure buildings, assembled off-site in an industrial 4.0 production plant. Thanks to its technology, Vesta becomes the sole player in the entire building construction process. We design and build buildings with 3x less CO2, 2x faster, at no additional cost. Reconciling respect for the environment and cost control: We offer a total paradigm shift by proposing buildings built off-site, using software for design and robotized manufacturing. This modular construction system allows for unequalled cost control. The use of bio-sourced materials also ensures a drastically reduced carbon footprint and higher construction speed than traditional construction methods. The employment of a local workforce, on an industrial site and in our head office on digital and environmental innovation functions will have a beneficial impact on employment. The research and development that we carry out will strengthen the fabric of local innovation. Finally, our product, in the cities where it will be implemented, will be the embodiment of a new model of sustainable urban planning. We need to rethink the way we build to make construction sites more respectful of the environment and local residents: shorten the duration of construction sites, limit the incessant ballet of trucks, and free ourselves from the noisiest and most polluting stages of the work. Our solution has been recognized by our partners. The BPI supports our approach, as does the Ministry of Ecological Transition, which awarded Vestack the Green Tech Verte label.
