In Germany, heat and power consumption of residential homes are responsible for 258m t CO2 emissions yearly. Their business model addresses approximately 50% of these emissions – in line with share of tenants. Furthermore, as the solution serves commercial tenants as well, their approach also tackles the 116.3m t of yearly CO2 emissions in trade, commerce and services. Their contribution to climate emissions reduction is potentially significant.
