Identification
In 2019, 38% of the final electricity consumption in France was coming from the residential sector. Therefore, Conso Live aims at providing solutions to improve household energy efficiency, a key issue to tackle the energy transition challenges while keeping up with society electrification. With Conso Live, households can monitor their electricity consumption in real-time. The customers can understand their consumption behavior and act to improve it. Their consumption is displayed on the TotalEnergies app. They get personalized advice to reduce it, such as identifying standby devices, controlling heating during the winter, or being alerted in peak consumption. Conso Live is an enabler to empower our customers in sustainable consumption behavior. The company has already observed a reduction of 13% on electricity consumption for customers who are heating with electricity. Furthermore, the company plans to develop innovative functionalities that will further improve the energy efficiency of all our customer
