Sign upMobile oxy-hydrogen generators for high-performance combustion applications
This solution provides high-performance, compact, secure and competitive electrolyzers, making it possible to produce clean combustible gas on-site and on-demand with low global carbon footprint.
Addressing the negative impact of fossil fuels on the environment, new technologies have been developed to produce cleaner fuels such as hydrogen. By carrying out an electrolysis of water, two gases can be obtained: hydrogen (fuel) and oxygen (oxidizer). As electrolysis technology can be powered with renewable energy, the carbon impact of the fuel produced is very limited. Unfortunately, the cost of the electrolyzer and the constraints linked to the transport and storage of hydrogen are significant obstacles to the deployment of this technology. To overcome these obstacles, Bulane designs high-performance, compact, secure and competitive electrolyzers, making it possible to produce the combustible gas necessary for various combustion applications on site. Thanks to its technology, the Dyomix solution provides mobile oxy-hydrogen generators. It allows professionals to use a carbon-free, high-temperature flame without gas bottles in applications requiring a blowtorch. Equivalent in size and weight to conventional oxy-gas equipment, Dyomix can be easily transported and moved from one site to another.
Dyomix Oxy-Hydrogen Mobile gas generator by Bulane
Implemented by Sofilaro in Hérault (France) in 2023
The Hérault-based company Bulane raised €14 million (about $15.2 million) to develop in Europe. This new round of financing, brings together its historical partners (Irdi and Sofilaro) and investors from Vol-V, Captain Watt and Idec Invest Innovation. This is Bulane’s third round of financing, following a €2.7 million round in 2015 (about $2.9 million) and a second round of €2.8 million in 2018 (around $3.05 million). Bulane also wants to accelerate its commercial development in Europe, where it plans to “decarbonise the combustions of thousands of burners.
