SMOME develops, manufactures and installs passive housing from an innovative modular building system.

Identification
SMOME solutions aim to offer a new way of designing and building individual and collective dwellings. It offers a more sustainable alternative to traditional concrete construction for individuals, social organizations, real estate developers, investors. This new construction system makes it possible to optimize the assembly techniques to improve the air tightness of the building and thus offer a better thermal performance of the housing. At the same time, SMOME favors the use of ecological and recyclable materials to offer a habitat more respectful of our planet and our environment. Finally, off-site construction makes it possible to more effectively control the overall quality of a building and optimize production times to offer the most economical housing possible. To achieve its objectives, it is therefore essential for SMOME to rationalise the design and choice of materials that make up its solutions to meet demand and the market.
