About

AQUAPROTEC has designed and patented the "Poolover CTS" Cover for public pools to reduce energy consumption up to 45% on a yearly basis. Poolover CTS principle: - During the opening hours the CTS cover lies at the bottom of the pool. - When it is time to close the pool, air is injected into the cover, making it buoyant and float to the surface of the water thereby covering the entire surface of the pool. - In the morning, to open the pool, you release the air trapped in the cover, which lets water into the cover causing it to sink to the bottom of the pool. The benefits: - Sobriety: quick to install with minimum structural works, which is a major benefit for existing pools compared to other options. Long life span of 15 years with minimum maintenance as it operates with air to go up and water to go down. - Efficiency: operates under all weather conditions, Poolover CTS is insensitive to wind and operates with lane dividers in place. Those two unique characteristic for a pool cover ensure it will be operated every day - Renewable: when it’s time for a change the infrastructure is kept and what is replaced by new elements will be recycled - Safety: when in place no one can get inside the pool tank. Should a person accidentally fall onto the cover, the cover will stay firmly in place to prevent drowning. - Easy operation: one person only with no heavy lifting nor handling required. Surface cleaning or leaves removing in autumn can be performed by walking on it
