Photovoltaic 4.0: a diagnostic platform at the PV module level, beyond simple monitoring.
Our proprietary remote and real-time platform allows users to diagnose each PV module in the plant, providing a holistic overview of the health status of the entire installation or of the fleet in the case of geographically distributed installations. We SIMPLIFY through DIGITALIZATION processes that are currently performed manually or with indirect measurements based on estimates (monitoring).
Our patented small plug-n-play device is placed behind each module and automatically sends to the cloud, on a continuous basis, the highest quality diagnostic information (IV curves) and our Artificial Intelligence algorithms translate it to our platform. Simplified and complete information, reports, alarms and maps, a real-time diagnosis of each PV module of the installation, where they are located, what type of problem they present (broken cell, oxidation, etc.), as well as the percentage of degradation of each one. O&M teams, will reduce costs, travel and risks. It is no longer necessary to send a team to find the problems or do an overhaul, operators go where there are problems knowing what they are going to find. Detecting 100% of failures and degradation in real time of each of the photovoltaic modules and measuring possible efficiency problems and predicting future ones, increasing production and reducing costs, labor risks and CO2 emissions by increasing the efficiency of PV plants.
