The problem is that there is a growing need for non-animal proteins and nutrient-rich foods. Algae is an ideal solution but has previously been limited due to taste and color. Alver Golden Chlorella is the long-term solution, as this micro-algae is neutral in color and in taste making it possible for us to develop a range of finished protein-rich vegan superfoods without having to change consumers tastes nor mask the taste. Our Golden Chlorella is 100% natural and currently the most sustainable protein available.
